Carolyn Davis (CD) (rhythm guitar & vocals) played classical piano as a youngster. She became interested in singing when her father owned the popular "Trader Jack's" on Bradenton Beach. She plays rhythm guitar, and her major influences for her great blues vocals are Bonnie Raitt, Etta James, Debbie Davies, and Koko Taylor.
Beth Hammer (bass & vocals) The Velvet Hammer, (a name given to her by Bluesman Al Fuller). Beth was raised in a musical family. At the age of five she began studying accordion, and later learned also to play organ, clarinet, saxophone and flute, but the bass is now her main love. She also sings and writes some blues tunes. She also does a Radio Show on Community Radio Station WSLR 96.5 FM each Tuesday Night from 7 to 9 p.m, entitled Blues With The Velvet Hammer.
